Public Works Loan Board
In view of a current planning application to develop 28 High Street this building could be taken out of community ownership and Winslow Council would have to find alternative accommodation. Negotiations to purchase the building are progressing and as part of that work Winslow Town Council has applied to DCLG to seek the Secretary of State’s approval to apply for a PWLB loan of £355,000 for up to 25 years for the purchase of 28 High Street, Winslow. The annual loan repayments will amount to £19,510. These will be paid from the 2017-18 precept budget.
