A children's playground and outdoor gym equipment are located on the edge of the Winslow Recreation Ground in Elmfields Gate. The recreation ground is also home to the Winslow Sports Club who manage the areas reserved for football, cricket and croquet. There is a grass area adjacent to the playground that is available for public use and is ideal for those wishing to have a kick around.

Play equipment and other structures on these sites are routinely maintained by the Town Council to ensure that they are safe for users. They are also subject to regular visual checks and periodic independent safety inspections.

Other children's play areas within the town are managed and maintained independently by local estate or other management agencies.
